Our Club Handicap is a 5 race series over a 4 Mile course in which the quicker runners are handicapped in order to give everyone a chance to finish 1st. The route goes out along the canal towpath and back along the lanes to Boxmoor. Runners will need to do 3 of the 5 races to qualify for an overall finishing position at the end of the series.
